I was referred to Sherry 5 years ago by the leading yoga instructor in the area and have been training with her ever since. We train four days a week, and she consistently ensures that I perform every exercise with proper form, so that I get the most out of every exercise and stay injury-free. She keeps my workouts fresh by changing them weekly. She comes prepared with the day's workout written down and pushes me while holding me accountable to complete each session. At the end of every session, she rates my performance, which drives my motivation. I recently took a ski trip to Colorado after a 4 years hiatus. Thanks to her training, I was able to ski with no leg fatigue, soreness or injuries.

Yoga class with Sherry is the ONLY exercise I have ever missed when I’m absent for a week or two. Sherry’s instruction is the best I’ve experienced — I’ve had back issues with other types of instruction but I know I can trust Sherry’s high degree of professional knowledge.
